Would you like to be a vendor at this festival? Please read the Rules & Regulations below, then mail, fax or email your completed Vendor Application to us at your earliest convenience. If your application is approved, you will receive a contract and invoice from our office right away. (The sooner you apply, the better your chances, as vendor spaces are limited and all are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.) Once we have received your signed contract and payment, your vendor space is confirmed.

Before you submit your Vendor Application, please be sure that you've checked the box (just above your signature) that acknowledges you have read, understand, and agree to the festival's Rules & Regulations. Applications that do not have this box checked will not be approved.

The holder of each General Admission ticket (whether purchased in advance or at the gate) will receive a complimentary wine tasting glass and the opportunity to enjoy tasting the wine of all participating wineries at no additional charge. Your ticket also provides free access to our live entertainment and dozens of other vendors -- food stands, handcrafted items, specialty food booths, art, jewelry, and more. Holders of Designated Driver/Under 21 tickets do not receive a wine tasting glass and are not allowed to taste the wine, but may enjoy every other aspect of the festival.
